a shadowy week

This week we have continued learning about light and shadow in science. We investigated shadows and came up with an explanation of how they are made.

As mathematicians, we have all been working on different topics in our revision groups. We all seem to agree that working in smaller groups helps with our learning. We had lots of fun with maths today and added up the total of all our numbers:
Jaguars: 405 272 050
Snow Leopards: 9698.75

We have been practising description in English lessons: creating atmosphere and suspense.

In Jaguars class we enjoyed our afternoon of art, as a reward for earning so many dojos (over 2500 since September)!

Next week is our learning cafe (Wednesday morning), where we will be learning about internet safety.
